About Me 

I live in Charlotte, North Carolina, with my family. My partner Trey, son Raymond, and daughter Katharine Joy make me smile daily. We love spending time together and having impromptu dance parties. 

Martial Arts

In my free time, I enjoy focusing on fitness. I take self-defense classes with a foundation in Krav Maga. The community is extremely supportive and we all help each other achieve our goals.  I am also a Martial Arts Mom.
